O R D E R

% 28.01.2019 Rev.P.No.31/2019 This review petition has been preferred by the petitioner, against the impugned order dated 29.11.2018, primarily on the ground that the letter dated 10.12.2017 of the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister, had required the DIPP to change or modify its policy. The Court had rejected the petitioner's complaint that the MSME Act and policies framed under it, were not followed by the respondents. The Court had relied upon a previous judgment which

had influenced the policy makers in this case to frame the tender conditions in the manner that they did. Furthermore, the Court had considered the record which disclosed that the contract tendered for, was a composite one, of which the equipments supplied was not substantial. What the review petitioner had sought was an effective direction that the tender should split-up the procurement of services and goods. Such direction cannot be given in the course of writ proceedings. The Court therefore, discerns no error apparent on the face of the record or sufficient cause to review the impugned order. The review petition is therefore, dismissed.
