The petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 06.02.2026, whereby he has been summoned to face trial for commission of offences under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner i.e. accused was a small-time employee of the complainant and was working as an accountant since 1993. He submits that there was never any advancement of loan to him or to his family members by the complainant and he has been falsely implicated and the cheques in question have been stolen and misused. 3.

However, after hearing argument for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions, does not press the present petition and states that he would raise all the contentions before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. 5.
