The questions sought to be urged in this appeal by the Revenue against the judgment dated 24th July 2015 of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal ('ITAT') in ITA No. 761/Del/2015 for the Assessment Year ('AY') 2010-11 stand covered against it by the decisions of this Court in Li & Fung India Pvt. Ltd. v. Commissioner of Income Tax (2014) 361 ITR 85 (Del), CIT v. Marubeni India Pvt. Ltd 277 CTR 189 (Del) and the order dated 28th April 2016 passed by this Court in ITA 252/2016 (Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax-6 v. Mitsui & Co. India Pvt. Ltd).
