After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a review under Paragraph 31 of The Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013, to pursue its contention that a separate price ought to be fixed for the drug manufactured by the petitioner, namely, Diltiazem ER Capsule 90 mg. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. The pending applications stand disposed of.

Needless to state that if such a review is filed within a period of three weeks from the today, the same would be entertained uninfluenced by the question of delay.
