The present petition under Sections 2(b), 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a. Take cognizance of, inquire into and try the contempt committed by the contemnors and call the contemnors in person in this Hon'ble Court and punish them for willful disobedience of the directions given by this Hon'ble Court in its Judgment dated 05th November, 2019 in W. P. (C) no. 11338 of 2017 and judgment dated March, 2023 in Review Petition No. 536 of 2019 in W.P.(C) No. 11338 of 2017. And b. Further ensure that the directions of this Hon ble High Court in W. P. (C) No. 11338 of 2017 dated 5th November, 2019 and in Review Petition No. 536 of 2019 in W.P.(C) No. 11338 of 2017 dated 2nd March, 2023 be complied with in its true letter and spirit. And c.

Direct the contemnors to pay cost of the extended litigation caused due to not compliance of the judgment dated 5th November, 2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP (C) no. 11338 of 2017 and judgment dated 2nd March, 2023 in Review Petition No. 536 of 2019 in W.P.(C) No. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the orders have been complied with and in view of the same, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
