FAO(OS) 115/2019 and C.M. Nos. 27933/2019 & 27935/2019 Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice. We have heard learned senior counsels for the parties, and with consent, we modify the order dated 29.05.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in CS(OS) No. 146/2019. The order stands modified to the extent it

directs the plaintiffs to maintain status-quo as to the moveable and immovable assets of Omax Ltd. To that extent, the order stands modified. At the same time, we modify the order dated 13.03.2019 and 15.03.2019, whereby in paragraph 6, the defendants have been restrained from addressing communications against the plaintiff to any third party. The said injunction shall operate only in respect of defamatory or libellous communication.
