After some hearing, Mr. Khanna, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, restricts the relief in the present writ petition, which is directed against an interim order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, to a direction to the respondents not to effect any financial recoveries from the petitioners, pending disposal of OA 1630/2026. 2.
Ms. Tandon, learned CGSC, who appears for the respondents, undertakes, on instructions, that no further recovery would be effected from the petitioners during the pendency of the OA 1630/2026. W.P.(C) 8507/2026 KUMAR 15:21:25

Mr. Khanna also prays that the Tribunal may be directed to expeditiously dispose of the OA.

We reserve liberty with the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Tribunal in this regard. Needless to say, if such an application is filed, the Tribunal will deal with it in accordance with law.

Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition in the aforesaid terms.
