Applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 0102/2026 registered at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg for commission of offence under Section 69 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Case has, though, been committed to the learned Court of Sessions, charges are yet to be ascertained.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to file it afresh at a later stage. delay in hearing arguments on charge.

Concerned Director, FSL shall ensure that DNA report is prepared without any further delay in the matter.

A copy of this order be given dasti to investigating officer so that request can be appropriately pursued by the investigating agency with the concerned Director, FSL.
