Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0199/2019 under Sections 363/376 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at P.S.: Sonia Vihar, on the basis of settlement between parties. 2.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner has already been acquitted on 06.08.2025 in FIR No.0199/2019 under Sections 363/376 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at P.S.: Sonia Vihar.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, present Petition for quashing of FIR No.0199/2019 on the basis of settlement has become infructuous, which is hereby disposed of as infructuous. Pending Applications are also disposed of.
