The petitioner is also present in person. Her husband, who appears on her behalf, submits that they are persons of advanced stage, and that their health has deteriorated to a point where they are not in a position to prosecute these proceedings. They, therefore, reiterate to withdraw these proceedings.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties does not oppose the prayer.
