The present Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following reliefs:

"....

a) Set aside the impugned orders dated 20.05.2026, thereby directing the portions of affidavit beyond pleadings filed by the respondent / husband to be struck off in HMA 727/25. b) Set aside the order dated 07.03.2026, thereby directing the Ld. FC to fix reasonable time frame to record evidence before Ld. LC in HMA 727/25.

Ms. Anu Narula, after arguing for some time, on instructions, submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to prefer such proceedings, inter alia, applications before the concerned and competent Court as are available to her under the law.
