% 09.08.2019 In view of the circumstance that, Mr. Virender @ Keka, the 27 year old son of the petitioner, namely, Mr. Harish Chand, has since returned to his home, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this habeas corpus petition, any further. The habeas corpus petition is dismissed as not pressed and disposed of accordingly.

Mr. Sumit, Sub-Inspector and Mr. Devender, Asst. Sub Inspector, Police Station Jyoti Nagar, Investigating Officers in the present case, undertake to file a final report under Section 173 of the Cr.PC, after due investigation in relation to FIR No. 0154 dated 14th May, 2019, registered

under Section 365 IPC, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month from today.
