The petition is for the following relief:
"A. Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent to transfer the present petitioner in Semi-Open Jail/Prison." 2.
Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, learned Addl. Standing Counsel, on advance instructions, submits that the case of the petitioner has already been considered by the competent authority and the decision taken therein shall be communicated to the petitioner by the concerned Superintendent of Jail within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order passed today.
