% 20.03.2017 Both the counsel state that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre by way of a Settlement Agreement dated 18th March, 2017. The Settlement Agreement is taken on record. Consequently, the present contempt petition is disposed of in accordance with the Settlement Agreement dated 18th March, 2017 and parties are held bound by the same.

Learned counsel for the parties also state that the First Motion petition shall be filed during the course of the day. Since one of the parties is living in Netherland, the Family Court, Karkardooma is directed to take up the said petition for hearing tomorrow. Order dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
