This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the Respondents to regularize his appointment.

Order sheets are replete with adjournments on behalf of the Petitioner on one pretext or the order. Even the documents undertaken to be filed have not been filed so far.

Petitioner has been represented on and off as rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for Respondent No.1.

None appears to represent the Petitioner even today. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. 5.
The writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution and in default.
