After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application, at this juncture. He also states that he would address all the issues raised in the present application before the learned Trial Court on the date fixed i.e. 19.08.2026 when arguments on charges are to be heard. He, however, also seeks liberty to file application afresh before this Court at a later stage. 2.
Application is disposed of, as not pressed.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.
Liberty, as prayed, is granted.

Learned Trial Court is also requested to make best endeavor to consider and ascertain the charges, as expeditiously as possible. 7.
It is, however, made clear that this Court has not made any observation on merits and the learned Trial Court shall also not get swayed by the observations made in its order dated 21.05.2026, whereby bail application had been dismissed.
