% 14.06.2019 Report dated 12th June, 2019 has been received from the office of Senior Medical Officer of Tihar Jail regarding medical condition of the petitioner where it is mentioned that as per the advice of doctors of G.B.Pant Hospital, the petitioner was sent to AIIMS on 6th June, 2019 wherein he was not seen but he was given an appointment for 21st June, 2019. It has been further mentioned in the report that the petitioner is under regular review from doctor on duty and Senior Resident Medicine of Central Jail Hospital and he is getting all the prescribed medicines and the general conditions of the petitioner is stable.
Reply and status report has been filed reiterating the same facts as detailed in the report of the Medical Officer. In view of the fact that the date is already fixed in AIIMS on 21st June, 2019 for the petitioner, the Jail Superintendent is directed to ensure
that the petitioner is taken to AIIMS on the said date. Apart from that the requisite medicines be provided to the petitioner as per his medical condition and the rules in this regard.
