Vide order dated 25.09.2023, this Court recorded as under: "1. The highest bid received by the learned Local Commissioner is Rs.30.00 crores. It is submitted by learned counsel for the decree holders on instructions the decree holder shall be satisfied if the judgment debtor pay them an amount of Rs.20.00 crores in full and final settlement of their claims, within four months from today for purchase of their 2/3rd share and in case the judgment debtor is unable to make the payment of Rs.20.00 crore to the decree holders within four months, he shall then sell his 1/3rd share to the decree holders for Rs.10.00 crores which shall be payable by the decree holders to the judgment debtor within two months thereafter. Pursuant to the same, Mr. Kapur, learned senior counsel for the judgment-debtor has brought four DDs totalling to ₹ 20 crores, ₹ 10 crores in favour of the decree-holder No. 1 (two DDs of ₹ 5 crores each bearing nos. 146113004084 and 146113004075) and ₹ 10 crores in favour of the decree-holder No. 2 (two DDs of ₹ 5 crores each bearing nos. 146113004076 and 146113004078).

The DDs are taken and sent to the Registrar General of this Court and copies of the DDs are kept on record.

Mr. Kapur, learned senior counsel shall share draft copy of the sale deed in favour of the judgment-debtor and/or his nominees with the decreeholders and their counsel i.e. Mr. Gandhi within 2 days from today. 5.
The sale deed shall be registered before the concerned Sub-Registrar on 06.02.2024 at 10:30 AM, and immediately after execution of the sale deed, the DDs handed over in Court and kept with the Registrar General of this Court shall be released to the decree-holder and/or their nominees and/or their counsels.

The execution petition is disposed of.
