% 10.06.2019 Petitioner has prayed for parole for a period of four weeks on many grounds that during arguments learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to ground of attending his brother‟s marriage functions which have to take place today, tomorrow and day after. Status report has been filed. Function of marriage of brother of petitioner has been verified. As per the nominal roll, the petitioner has already undergone 11 years 8 months of imprisonment. He was granted parole in October, 2018. Despite there being violations of Jail rules on many occasions. Thereafter, only 2 small incidents have been mentioned for which warning was given by the Jail Superintendent. It is hoped that in future petitioner will improve his conduct. In case, if there is no improvement, the Competent Authority/Court will consider the same at the time of consideration of his subsequent application for parole. Petitioner has prayed for attending marriage ceremonies of his

brother. Let he be given parole of one week to attend marriage functions of his brother on execution of personal bond of ₹ 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent; he shall duly surrender at the end of the period of parole; he shall provide his mobile number to the Jail Superintendent at the time of his release, which shall be kept in working condition at all times and same shall not be changed. He shall not indulge in any criminal acitivity during period of parole. A copy of this order be given dasti. Copy of the same be forwarded to Jail Superintendent through special messenger today itself for necessary action and compliance.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
