BAIL APPLN. 1482/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to inadvertence, he could not mention the proper Sections in the anticipatory bail application and he may be allowed to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with the liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail application mentioning therein the proper Sections. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
