The petitioner has filed the present application complaining that the order dated 10.07.2019 passed by this Court has not been complied with inasmuch as the respondents have not filed the undertaking as directed by the order dated 10.07.2019.

The present application is misconceived. In the event an order passed by this Court is not complied with, the recourse is to file a contempt petition and not a miscellaneous application in a disposed of petition. 3.

More importantly, it is pointed out that the respondents had already filed an undertaking as directed before the Principal Judge, Family Court, South District.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
