The instant petitions under Article 226 read with Article 21 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of petitioners seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3 and 6 to give complete protection to the petitioners from the alleged reign of terror, corruption, extortion, threats of false implication in offences relatable to the NDPS Act.

No one is present on behalf of petitioners.

Learned ASC for the State submits that they will act as per law and relevant provisions of Cr.P.C.
