The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 183/2023, registered at P.S. Lajpat Nagar, for the offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Counsel for the Petitioner states that since the chargesheet has been filed, she would like to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge all the grounds raised in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. She also seeks leave to re-apply at a later point of time, if so required.

Leave and liberty as prayed for are granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the pending applications.
