The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks following prayers:- A. Quash the FIR no. 0091/2025 dated 15.02.2025, P.S. Wazirabad registered against the Petitioner.

B. Cancel the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 22.03.2025 issued by the Court of Sh. Chatinder Singh, JFMC-07 which is returnable on 22.05.2025. C. Grant interim protection from arrest or interim bail to the petitioner during the pendency of this petition.

D. And any other order(s) may kindly be passed, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, towards the ends of equity, justice and good conscience.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
