The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.1/MCD to remove unauthorized construction carried out by respondents no.2 and 3 at the property bearing No. F-14/4, Model Town-II Delhi- 110009 ('subject property').

It is stated that the respondents no.2 and 3 are the real brothers of the petitioner and the parties reside at the subject property. 3.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no.2 and 3, on advance notice, submits that construction which is the subject matter of the present petition has been there for a very long period of time. 4.

After some hearing, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition to file a petition with better particulars. 5.
