% 12.06.2019 Learned counsel for the respondent has shown a printed copy of an e-mail, which was sent to the petitioner on 28.05.2019 at 5.25 p.m. at hrgce@dataone.in to inform the petitioner about the next date of hearing of the WRC scheduled for 30.05.2019 & 31.05.2019 at 9.30 a.m.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has denied receiving of the said e-mail.
However, without entering into any controversy whether the said e-mail was sent to or received by the petitioner or not, counsel for the respondent, with all fairness and under instructions, submits that respondents are willing and ready to give petitioner college a chance to present all the documents relating to the subject matter before WRC on 19th June, 2019 at 10.00 a.m. and decision thereof will be uploaded on the website within next 15 days.
Counsel for the petitioner agrees to this proposal subject to
respondents not acting upon Minutes of 307th meeting of WRC at item no. 9 held on 30th & 31st, May, 2019 and he is ready to withdraw present contempt petition. The authorised representative of the petitioner college shall appear before WRC on 19.06.2019 and submit all the documents relating to the subject matter. The WRC shall consider the said documents and take a reasoned decision and upload the same within 15 days on its website.
The abovesaid observations do not touch the merits of the case. WRC shall not act upon its decision taken in its Minutes of 307th meeting at item no. 9 held on 30th & 31st, May, 2019. Contempt petition is accordingly disposed off. Dasti TALWANT SINGH (VACATION JUDGE) JUNE 12, 2019 mk
