The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the learned Trial Court.

He submits that the petitioner no.1 is aged around 70 years and is a cancer survivor, while the petitioner no.2, his wife, is aged around 63 years. He undertakes that on future dates of hearing before the learned Trial Court, the petitioners will be duly represented by a counsel. 3.

In view of the above, the petitioners are exempted from personal appearance before the learned Trial Court, unless the same is specifically directed by the learned Trial Court.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Application being CRL.M.A. 30566/2023 is rendered infructuous and is disposed of.

The next date of hearing, that is, 14.03.2024 stands cancelled.
