The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:
"1. Grant the extension of interim bail upto the date of his discharge from Nayak Jai Parkash Hospital, Delhi Gate, New Delhi where his date of admission is 14.06.2024 and Operation on 16.06.2024 for Multiple Incisional Hernia and date of admission in Maulana Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi on 27.06.2024 and operation thereafter and for other treatment and surgeries as stated above, in the meanwhile, in the interests of justice and;
2. Any further and/or such other relief(s) deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed / granted to the petitioner / accused."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with a prayer that after surrendering before The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the jail authorities, the applicant may be permitted to move a fresh application before the learned Trial Court and the same may be decided in accordance with law.
