Status report has been filed by Inspector Rakesh Kumar, SHO PS Narela, who is represented by SI Pawan Kumar. Both the petitioners are present in Court. The father of the petitioner no.1 namely Sh. Ajit Singh Rana is present and the mother of the petitioner no.2 namely Smt. Meena wife of late Sh. Neelam Khatri is also present. 2.

Both the petitioners apprehend threat from brother of petitioner no.2 namely Gautam.

Both the petitioners are major. They wish to live together without any pressure or coercion from any side. The father of the petitioner no.1 and mother of petitioner no.2 are present and they are directed to ensure that no threat is extended to them.

Sub Inspector, Devender from PS Kundli, Sonepat is present where FIR 182/2019 was registered under Section 365, IPC at the behest of mother of petitioner no.2 whereas a DD No. 9A was recorded at PS Narela on complaint of father of petitioner no.1.

Let present address of the petitioners as well as phone numbers be provided to SHO, PS Narela where both the petitioners intend to reside. SHO Narela is directed to ensure the safety and security of the petitioners and to respond immediately if any such threat is extended to them in future. 5.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of. Copy of the order be given dasti under signature of Court Master.
