After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner says that he will file an application under Section 145 (2) CR.P.C before the concerned court.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that he has no objection, however, prays that the same may be made time bound and subject to some cost.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move an application before the concerned court within two weeks from today subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the complainant.
