A suit was filed by respondent no. 1/Ms. Hans Fashion. 2.
The defendants have challenged two different orders passed by the learned Trial Court.

In CM(M) 2540/2024, defendant no. 1 Ms. Nidhi Sharma challenges order dated 15.04.2024 whereby her application moved under Order I Rule 10 CM(M) 2540/2024 & CM(M) 3132/2024 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. CPC has been dismissed and in CM(M) 3132/2024, the challenge is to order dated 06.06.2024 whereby application moved under Order VII Rule 11 CPC has been dismissed.

Fact remains that after the aforesaid orders, there is substantial development as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the respondent no. 1/plaintiff has already withdrawn the suit in question by making statement before the learned Trial Court on 13.11.2024. 5.
Learned counsel for respondent no.1/plaintiff confirms the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, since the suit in question has already been withdrawn as satisfied, nothing survives in the present two petitions and, therefore, both the petitions are disposed of, as having become infructuous.
