The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been instituted seeking appropriate directions in respect of compliance of orders dated 19.04.2024 and 01.05.2024 passed by learned Civil Judge-02, District West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CS No. 1050/2022 titled as "Shri Inderjeet Singh vs. Disha Singh & Ors.".

After making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and submits that the submissions raised before this Court shall be made before the learned Trial Court on the date already fixed.
