The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] against the order dated 18.03.2025 passed by learned District Judge06 (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"]. By the Impugned Order, an Application under Order XVIII Rule 17 of the CPC seeking permission to recall a witness has been dismissed. 4.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
