Petitioner had filed a criminal complaint with prayer under Section 175(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for directions to the concerned authority to register FIR and to conduct search and seizure and to undertake custodial interrogation.

Petitioner, who appears in person, prays for registration of FIR and direction to the concerned authority to carry out proper and lawful investigation.

Learned Addl. should wait for the outcome of the aforesaid request. 4.

Petitioner, on the other hand, submits that his application is pending for quite some time and there is no disposal as yet also for the reason that the concerned investigating officers are not appearing before the learned Trial Court and learned Trial Court had even issued coercive process against them. 5.

Next date in the aforesaid matter is stated to be 18.07.2026. 6.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and the since the learned Magisterial Court is already seized of the identical request, it will not be appropriate for this Court to make any observation at this stage. 7.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Magisterial Court to consider the aforesaid application seeking direction for registration of FIR, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date it takes up the matter. 8.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation with respect to the merits of the case.

Pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
