The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as "CPC"] against the order dated 10.02.2025 passed by learned SCJ-cum-RC, East, Karkardooma Courts, New Delhi [hereinafter referred to as "Impugned Order"], in an Application under 151 of the CPC seeking recall of an order, whereby the defence of the Petitioner/Defendant was struck of. 4.
After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
