The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking directions to learned ACJ/CCJ/ARC, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi in ARC No. 16/19 titled as "Lalit Kumar vs. Ajay Kumar".

Learned counsel submits that since 2019, the application under Order I Rule 10 CPC is pending disposal and despite being listed on number of dates for hearing, the same is not being disposed of. 5.
