The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred to assail the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by the learned ADJ-04, North West, District Courts Rohini, Delhi in CS DJ 460/2017 titled as "Khuswah Safeguards P. Ltd. vs. S B Protech P. Ltd." whereby the application under Order VI Rule 17 moved on behalf of the respondent herein was allowed.

After addressing some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the learned Trial Court. 5.

Permission and liberty as per law as prayed for is granted. 6.
