At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties were before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in relation to one transfer petition filed by the petitioner herein and during pendency of the above said petition, the entire matrimonial disputes have been resolved and the divorce has been granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in exercise of its powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of India.

It is submitted that in view of the above, the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present contempt petition. 3.
