The present Appeal under Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 has been filed by the Appellant challenging the Order dated 18.01.2025, passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial) - 02, SouthEast District, Saket, in CS (Commercial) No.737/2022. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to take steps in accordance with law. 3.
