Ms. Manisha Agrawal Narain, learned CGSC representing Respondent No. 3 and Mr. Zorawar Singh, Advocate for Respondent No. 4. 2.

Having regard to the proposed order, requirement of issuance of notice to Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 is hereby discussed. 3.

This Writ Petition has been filed with certain prayers in respect of which, as stated by the learned Counsel representing the DDA, a complaint has been registered at the portal of the STF which is being attended to. 4.

Ms. Prabhsahay Kaur, learned Standing Counsel representing the DDA has further stated, on instructions, that on the said complaint, status report has been called for from the MCD and as soon as the status report is received, the same shall be discussed in the STF and, accordingly, whatever directions have required, will be issued.

We, accordingly, dispose of this Writ Petition in view of the statement made by the learned Counsel representing DDA / STF. 6.

However, we provide that in case any action is proposed to be taken against Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, they shall be given appropriate opportunity of representing their case as well. 7.

We also direct that if any action is taken, the Petitioner shall also be apprised on the same.
