% 19.07.2019 Present writ of habeas corpus has been filed by the petitioner/sister of the missing girl, Soni, aged about 24 years, who had been missing since 20.05.2019.

In the latest status report dated 16.07.2019, it is stated that the missing girl had been recovered from Sector 11, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. had been recorded on 07.07.2019. Ms. Soni is personally present in Court today. She states that she would like to stay with her parents and sister. Ms. Soni is permitted to go with her parents and sister. Accordingly, the present petition is closed.
