On the last date, learned counsel for respondents had submitted that all the abovesaid thirty five matters stand settled as the amount in question has been duly paid to the respective petitioners. He also informed that all such petitioners had also accepted the same, towards full and final settlement.

Since on the last date, learned counsel for petitioners had submitted that he had not received any such instruction from the petitioners, the matters were listed for today for further consideration. 3.

Mr. Ali, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the amount has been duly paid to the respective petitioners and the abovesaid petitioners have also accepted the same as a full and final settlement. He submits that though the payment has been made belatedly, in view of the fact that the payment has been made, petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing with the above said respective contempt petitions.

Viewed thus, all the abovesaid contempt petitions stand disposed of.
