This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 24.04.2024, wherein a substitute arbitrator was appointed. 2.

It is stated that the said order be modified to the extent that the learned Sole Arbitrator be directed to adjudicate the disputes from the stage of final hearing and parties be not entitled to file any additional documents. 3.

Issue notice. Mr. Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice.

I am of the view that only arguments are required to be heard and/or parties are entitled to file any additional documents, may be adjudicated by the learned Sole Arbitrator.
