% 14.06.2019 At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the High Court as well as the Court of Sessions have concurrent jurisdiction.

The petitioner ought to have approached the Court of Sessions before approaching this Court.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this court to approach the Court of Sessions for grant of relief prayed in the present application.

As prayed, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Sessions Court.
