The present application 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "I. Pass an order allowing the present revisionist to withdraw the revision petition bearing Crl rev. P. number 311/2020 without arguments with liberty to restore the same, in case of noncompliance of the settlement agreement dated 09.04.2024 by the respondent no.2, in the interest of justice.

II. Pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice."

It is pointed out that as per the terms of Clause 2 (i) of the Settlement, an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- has been paid by respondent no.2 to 5 to the petitioner through learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner, who appears through VC, confirms the same.
