After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when the Bank Guarantees bearing Nos. 5545609346 for a sum of Rs. 57,20,338/- and 5546609346 for a sum of Rs. 57,20,338/- are invoked by Respondent No. 1.
