The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following relief:- "a. Pass an Order extending the mandate of the Ld. Arbitrator to pass an Award by a period of 06 (six) months."

There seems to be some reluctance expressed by the respondent in accepting the prayer made in the instant petition. However, in the interest of justice, as a last indulgence, the prayer made by the petitioner stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
