This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

i. allow the present writ petition and issue writ, order and/or direction in the nature of mandamus or of any other nature directing the respondents to register an F.LR. and proceed with the investigation and to provide all the assistance to the petitioner in order to meet the ends of justice: ii. Pass necessary direction to respondent no. 1 to take suitable action in law against the defaulting officers, in view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well this Hon'ble Court;

iii. to lay down the directions and guidelines keeping in view the full bench decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Social Action Forum for Manav Adhikar v. Union of India, (2018) 10 SCC 443 and other judgements on the related issue of the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well this Hon'ble Court; v. award the cost of litigation; and"

Status report has been filed on behalf of the State in which a categorical stand is taken that on the complaint of the Petitioner FIR No. 609/2022 dated 14.10.2022 under Sections 498A/406/377/506/34 IPC has been registered against the accused.

Considering the limited relief sought by the Petitioner and in view of the fact that the FIR stands registered, no further orders are required to be passed.
