This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent relies upon the order passed by learned arbitrator on 01.06.2026 wherein the reason for delay has been illustrated and contends that she has no serious objection to the prayer made. 3.

In view of the above, the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by six months from today. 4.
