The learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that since no evidence has been found against the petitioners a closure report has already been filed before the learned Trial Court, which is pending consideration and is now listed on 07.04.2026. 2.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition, since the grievance has already been resolved.

The petition stands disposed of along with pending application.

Needless to state that the petitioners are at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future.
